Orton Bradley Park Spring Fair

The Orton Bradley Park Spring Fair will be a wonderful day out for the whole family. Set amongst the park's historical buildings and arboretum of towering trees, visitors can explore the variety of market stalls and enjoy live entertainment.

A range of food vendors will cater to all tastes, while home-brought picnics on the lawn will also be encouraged. The Rhododendron Gardens will be open for walks, while pony rides, a bouncy castle and amusements will ensure that the kids enjoy the day as much as you do.

The park has an impressive collection of old farm buildings, including a stone cottage which dates from 1848 and a replica of the original Bradley Cottage. The Mill House, waterwheel, dairy, stables and implement sheds have also been restored and there will be working displays of old farm machinery throughout the day.

Add a harbour cruise to the programme and this really is a fun-filled day of family entertainment. Free transport has been arranged from Lyttelton to Diamond Harbour (return) with Black Cat Cruises. A free shuttle bus will transport guests to the Orton Bradley Park Spring Fair. Alternatively, there is ample parking available.
